These by-laws are established from time to time by the Board of Directors of the CCYS.
They are intended to guide the Board, the employees, members and guests of the Squadron in relation to various matters, to provide consistency in decision making and to make the Squadron a better place for all who use it.
The Squadron has the goals of:
- Providing facilities for members on an equitable basis of use and cost.
- Encouraging active involvement of members both on the water and in Club activities generally.
The by-laws are formed to help meet these objectives.
